OTHER和ANOTHER的區別

1.the other意思爲“（兩個中的）另一個”，other+名詞複數.表示“另一些”。

I have two books. One is Chinese, the other is Japanese.

2.others相儅於“other+可數名詞複數形式“，the others表示“其餘的”。

Others may like the story.

The boy doesn't like his teacher. What about the others in the class.

3.another是“另一個”的意思，指多個東西的另一個，兼具名詞和形容詞性質。

I've lost my pen, so I bought another one.

4.another還有啊“再”的意思。

Would you like another cup of tea?
